How to download from GitHub Releases

Open the app's official Releases page, then choose the package for your operating system and processor. Use the download guide's package explanations and each app guide's exact asset names. Download SHA256SUMS.txt from the same release where available and compare the digest for your file.

Source-code archives and platform installers are different release items. Follow the README's package instructions and platform warnings before installing.

Building from source: three README examples
